Dr. Nichols and her team are committed to making a positive impact in the community they serve.

Lifestyle Dentistry supports multiple organizations throughout the year, and spearheads an annual DinnerFor4 initiative to provide groceries and hot meals to homes that may need assistance during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Operation V.E.T.S (Veterans Empowered to Smile) is another initiative that Dr. Nichols founded. Every Veteran’s Day, she does free exams and cleanings to veterans in need. Being a veteran herself, she makes a point to honor and give back to those who have served.

Ihoop Factory is a local organization that does many events in the community using basketball as its main vehicle. Lifestyle Dentistry donates to their annual back to school event each year.

The team also takes great pride in training and cultivating women and men who are looking to enter the dental field. Benefit University is an organization that creates a space for students to get hands-on experience assisting in front office and back office facets of a dental practice. Mock interviewing, appropriate appearance, and customer service training are a few subjects that are covered. To date, she has had a student-mentee enter dental school and has written many recommendations for others to enter dental schools, and assisting positions.
